Q: What are the shipping options for the custom brochures?

A: We offer 3 shipping speeds: UPS Ground (3-5 business days), UPS Second-Day Air (2 business days) and UPS Next Day Air (1 business days). To find out more about shipping click here.

Q: Are the dimensions shown of the brochures folded or unfolded?

A: The dimensions displayed are the dimensions of the brochures unfolded. For instance, an 8.5" x 11" Bi-Fold brochure, is a US-letter sized paper folded in half to create a total of 4 panels that are printable.

Q: Is the brochure paper coated on both sides? Can I write on the back?

A: You may write on the paper stocks, but for the best effect, we recommend using a permanent marker or deciding on the uncoated paper stock.

Q: Can I upload my own brochure layout?

A: When you've chosen your product options and clicked on "Start designing", you'll be given an option to upload your own design. As for the file formats, we take most frequent files including .bmp, .png, .jpg, .jpeg, .tif, .tiff, .pdf, .eps, .ps, .svg, .ai, .psd . We can also provide Photoshop or Illustrator templates.

Q: Can you publish custom-sized brochures?

A: We can absolutely print custom-sized brochures.

Q: Can I see a proof of my design before I proceed with my order?

A: Yes. We offer a PDF proof feature that allows you to see a low-resolution version of your custom brochure to detect any mistakes before completing your order. On the plan, page click on the "Proof" button on the top menu.

Q: Do I want to fold the brochures myself?

A: Certainly not. We'll fold your brochures for you before we ship them out -- they'll arrive pre-folded and ready for use.
